Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
• A return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, installed, or tampered with
• Products that are damaged due to misuse
• Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
• Custom or special orders

Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Time Star Fans will cover the return shipping costs.
• For all other cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
• The amount will be refunded through the original method of payment or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or variant:

• The product must meet our return eligibility criteria.
• Any difference in price will need to be settled before shipment.
