Eligibility for Return & Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
- A return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, installed, or tampered with
- Products that are damaged due to misuse
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
- Custom or special orders

Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Time Star Fans will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
- The amount will be refunded through the original method of payment or as store credit, depending on your preference.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or variant:
- The product must meet our return eligibility criteria.
- Any difference in price will need to be settled before shipment.
